Disassembly Process
Samsung GT-S7230E Wave 723 consists of various modules. This chapter describes the procedures for the complete unit disassembly. In addition, in between procedures, the detailed disassembly procedure of individual modules will be provided for your needs.
Disassemble RF COVER at REAR. (Be careful not to make scratch and molding damage.)
Release Screw 7 Point at REAR.
Be careful not to make scratch and molding damage.
Disassemble FRONT from REAR.
1. Lift FRONT upward.
Detach Side key FPCB.
1) Detach Power Key FPCB and Cammera Key FPCB. Be careful not to damage to FPCB (Use tweezer!)
Disassemble FPCB.
1) Detach LCD FPCB.
2) Detach Earjack FPCB.
Disassemble Main PBA from the FRONT Ass’y.
Disassemble Module from PBA.
1) Disassemble SPK Module from PBA.
2) Disassemble Cammera Module from PBA.
Complete disassembly.
