The laptop has 2 slots of DDR4 memory. The maximum memory capacity is 32Gb in the Asus ROG GL702 notebook. Insert the RAM module at an angle of 45% and press the RAM to the motherboard until the final fixation.
To install the RAM, remove the thermal tube of the cooling system.

How to remove thermal tube
To remove thermal tube, you’ll need to unscrew the 8 screws (marked in yellow on the photo).
Next, lift up the thermal tubes and clean the CPU and GPU from the old thermal paste, and remove the old thermal grease from the thermal tubes.
A new thermal grease is applied in a thin and even layer over the entire surface of the CPU and GPU.
Also, you can cleaning the fans from dust. After that, install the cooling system and screw back all the screws. Replacing the thermal paste and cleaning the fans from dust will help prevent overheating of the notebook.

How to replace Hard Drive on Asus ROG GL702
For upgrade or replace the hard drive, you need to unscrew the 4 screws. Next, moving down, disconnect the hard drive from the SATA connector.
Reset BIOS settings in Asus ROG GL702
To force reset BIOS settings, disconnect the BIOS battery on the motherboard and wait a few minutes.This method is useful in cases where the laptop freezes during the initialization phase of laptop parts and it is impossible to go into BIOS settings.
If the laptop constantly resets the date and time settings, it means the battery is completely discharged and needs to be replaced.
